Mr. Stephens creates engaging, hands-on lessons that make learning relevant and meaningful for every student. He builds strong connections with students and colleagues alike, leading with heart, creativity, and authenticity.
Beyond the classroom, Frankie coaches JV basketball, sponsors the Black Student Alliance, and organizes our annual Black History Month Assembly.
He was also Glen Allen's First Year Teacher of the Year-continuing to inspire and lead by example.
