Student drop-off begins at 8:30 AM. Please use the route shown below if you are dropping off a GAHS student. Student drivers and visitors who need to park in the parking lot will use the main entrance at the stop light. Students should enter the building using Door 11, which is the entrance to Commons A, by the “donut” and the entrance to the Football Stadium. No cars are allowed in the Bus Loop.
Students are dismissed at 3:55. If you are picking up your student, please use the Student Pick Up/Dismissal traffic pattern shown below. When on the road in front of the school, watch for pedestrians, as there will be many students exiting the building and walking to the parking lot. Anyone who would like to park to wait for their student should enter campus using the main entrance at the stoplight on Staples Mill Road.
Please use caution and be patient during student arrival and dismissal. There will be many buses, pedestrians and novice drivers on campus, both coming and going. We are counting on our adult drivers to model appropriate driving and parking lot behavior.
